Layla enjoys coming to work & taking long naps. She sees a lot of her favorite customers when it's time for their insurance review. One of the best perks of working in a local Allstate office is getting to have the entire family involved. The month of December was so much fun. We did giveaways, met new family's, and our team learned so much in their first 8 weeks of working together. There is so much good energy with our group. We're fortunate to have the best in the business helping serve our insureds all over Virginia.
Work is serious, but work is also fun. Helping people streamline and make sense of their insurance coverage is rewarding. It's most rewarding when you see your suggestions help someone during a tough time.
 I often say that we "plan for the worst, and hope for the best". No one plans to wake up and cause an accident. Unexpected bad things happen to good people. That's not the time to find out saving $5 on your monthly bill is going to cost you hundreds (or thousands).






Supporting youth sports & family events in Charlottesville is one of our favorite ways to give back. Organized sports can do so much in the healthy development of our youth. Opening doors for them to advance, learn, form their work ethic, and grow in a healthy environment.
